Bro you’re gonna max out this machine before you got any gains out of it. Then you’ll wonder what was the point? I do this same weight but with maximum range of motion. My heels almost touch my ass. I built up to that slowly. My legs are twice the size of yours at least. It will be a long time before I max out the machine so it will be useful to me for a long time. This is just a waste AND you look dumb.
