You need to take a step back, analyze your trades, and make things more methodical instead of relying on judgement and decision-making. Is it your win rate that's low? You need to find an edge first. Do you come out in loss after 10 trades even with 50% win rate? Poor R:R, need atleast 1:2. Anything else wrong is purely emotional, and you need to bring self-awareness where the mistakes happen.
