There are tons of articles published on PubMed and not all of them are truthfull, and some are just full of nonsense. It is not enough to “back up you claims” with a PMID number. You need to fact check the references and the authors. Something that people who go to medical school learn (like me) , I guess you are not that kind of person. FYI: Avoiding dairy may contribute to lower inflammation due to the absence of animal fats and proteins, which are pro-inflammatory
