Because deep down you maybe really don't want to. Rationally you know it's not doing you good but your feelings are still fresh. It takes time and effort. You have to accept your current situation and stop trying so hard to move on, eventually moving on is exactly what will happen once your mind has processed those feelings. Hope that helps :)
