Is there any cyclists on here able to give me advice on buying some cleats and shoes? It’s a minefield out there! Is everything compatible or is there such thing as a starter kit for somebody who’s never used clipless pedals before?

20 分鐘內	Shak radio_shak	Safest bet is to stick to Shimano SPD (NOT SPD-SL). The pedals are double sided (or you can get single sided if easier). You can walk in the shoes unlike the other clipless types.
