Today I'm thankful that I'm not Caroline Ingalls (or any other pioneer woman living in Northern Alberta right before one of the 'coldest' winters in years)! I don't think my corn/peas/carrots "crop" would cut it... 😂😂😂🙄 That being said, we'd have enough applesauce and tomatoes for 2 households!!!
