This Chicago Marathon was one for the books. Had an “if all the stars align” goal going into this one. Well, all the stars aligned, today, and I was able to PR by 23 mins and go sub-4. I had a solid training cycle that was thrown for an emotional loop the last few weeks, but that’s the beauty of the marathon. Congrats to all the runners for crossing that line and thank you to every volunteer who got out there. Won’t forget this one! running threads
