Sadly the is not cure all for back pain. Reading to comments there is good advice in them. But going to a RMT, physio, osteopath, or chiro is your best bet. They will do an assessment to figure out the root cause of your problem, which can be anything from you toes to you neck. You should leave their office feeling better and with home care, hydrotherapy and/or exercises that will help.
