Okay, another holiday inspired question: When making turkey, do you ever have problems with it being dry? And do you cover it while it’s baking? Stuffing or no? Mine has a tendency to fall apart. It’s fantastic and never dry, but transferring it from the roasting pan is always a heck of a thing. Exhibit A, today’s turkey
