Good job on 3 months mama!! That’s hard work in itself 🫶 that is usually when we start to regulate so it’s going to be hard to boost your supply but it is definitely able to be done. Make sure you have fresh silicone parts on your pump, make sure your flange size is correct, if you are able to latch your baby as much as possible and then pump after, power pumping at least once a day was my go to when I saw a dip, and make sure you are hydrated!!
