Hey RunningThreads and #cyclingthreads … Just wondering if I am not alone in a kind of weird feeling phenomenon. After a particularly long hard workout (eg a hard century ride or 20+ mile run) I usually don’t sleep that well that night. It’s as if I have to recover enough to sleep hard the next night. It feels pretty reproducible. (I’m 60 years old, fairly fit, been in endurance sport off and on for 35 years)
