Five years ago, I saw this handmade, vintage child’s Jingle Dress hanging on the Halloween costume rack in a thrift shop. I purchased it to save it from being disrespected. I’m only its temporary caretaker and am not particularly knowledgeable about Native American regalia. I’ve contacted Jingle Dress experts, Native American organizations and individuals and haven’t received any reply. I understand that life is busy. Perhaps it’s not as notable/significant as I emotionally feel that it is.
