All steroid hormones, including sex hormones, are synthesized from cholesterol. Most of the foods you listed, while full of fiber and micronutrients, are low in fat. It depends on what your goals are: if you have high levels of a hormone you don’t want, as is true for women with PCOS, a low-fat diet is recommended. If you need to raise your steroid hormone levels, studies show increasing your dietary fat helps. I have personal experience with the negative hormonal impact of eating low fat.
