This memorandum seeks justice for Kopi, a stray dog who was killed by local authorities (PBT), and advocates for the ethical and humane treatment of stray animals across Malaysia. This united coalition calls for accountability and immediate action against those responsible for Kopi's death, promoting compassionate methods for managing stray animals. We invite all NGO'S, Shelters, independent rescuers, feeders, animal lover, supporters and advocates to join us in this cause and show solidarity.
