People that ride motorcycles… I have a question for you. I understand wanting to have tunes as much as anyone else, but why do you think all the rest of us want your tunes?

I listen to my motorcycle, and the air rushing past. I have Bluetooth comms (and could listen to music in my helmet) - but choose not to. The com channel is to communicate with my wife when we ride together. People who want you to hear THEIR music are douchebags, whether they're on a Harley, a slammed mini-truck, or an Impala on cartoonist donk wheels.

I assume you're referring to people on high end Harley's who apparently can't afford an intercom or earphones. That type of person generally has their baffles removed and bought the loudest motorbike they could to get as much attention as they could. Everyone else either doesn't listen to music or plays music through their intercom or earphones under the helmet. It doesn't make sense to me to have a sound system on a bike when you're not going to hear most the music anyway.

You noticed them. I think that's probably a win. Noticing means not running over and killing.

Umm 40 years on 2. Most of us do not crank tunes when riding, or use Bluetooth or ear buds. Yes I ride a Harley and a triumph and a Ducati and Honda etc and what does it matter what you ride. And I hear a lot more tunes blasting from cages then other brothers and sisters.

Personally the bike that I bought had speakers so I used them but the only way I can hear them is if it's turned all the way up. But I also wear a helmet. I got a Bluetooth to go in the helmet. Just afraid I'll mess it up somehow. So on that note everybody gets to hear my bipolar music or you can turn yours up and we can rock to yours. Something is better than all these dang voices in my head
