Ibuprofen and water. But for real: tide pens, make up wipes, safety pins, bobby pins and I always bring super glue and my hot glue gun just in case as well as needle and theeads to match my cosplays. Also power bars and Gatorade/Pedialyte are super underrated for cons. I'm diabetic so snacks are mandatory:')
