Watching the videos from the course on parenting by Yale University. There is a chapter on punishment. Researching futher, I learnt that "Ninety percent of the world's children live in countries where corporal punishment and other physical violence against children is still legal". Being against physical punishment, I think that prohibition should be confirmed in legislation worldwide.
