In our 7 years of business, we have never seen a brand bring in a full-time SMM & have the same success they had with us. I wish I could say it always works out, but the truth is many brands don’t realize social media is a multi-person job. With an agency you have access to a variety of experts. Of course it depends what agency you go with. Some of agencies have ridiculous pricing & then just give interns or junior people the work. Only sharing what I’ve seen.
