Wear cold cabbage in your bra at all times!!!! Also don’t get them wet in the shower (Ik hard lol but try!) but i swear by the cabbage!! Dries It up in a couple day… buy a head of cabbage, open It up, clean It and put It in fridge. Take one piece and put in each side of bra. Once they’re warm, get another piece and keep doing It till the milk is gone! ALSO TIGHT TIGHT TIGHT bra. So like a cabbage, a bra and TIGHT sports bar on top
