I’ll explain, as an expert in food science, don’t confuse with me shitposting Meat red color is given by mioglobin, which is the sister protein of hemoglobin (blood) both proteins share characteristics And, if you restrict oxigen from myoglobin it will become brownish and/or darker, so this meat looks good Once you open the packages and oxigen starts to touch the meat it will become a more vivid red color No need to thank I love sharing food knowledge
