Enjoy being young. It doesn't last long.

Max out your 401k or Roth IRA into an S&P 500 index fund and never, ever touch it until you retire. Buy shoes a half size larger and put in good quality insoles because your feet are supporting your entire body weight. Wear sunscreen every day, even if you are not planning to be outside. That includes your neck, forearms and legs. This delays speckled, crepey skin. Chartereuse looks terrible on everyone. Learn to make an omelet and you will always have a quick, delicious meal.

And very important, be nice to the people you meet on your way up the career or social ladder because you will meet the same people on your way down. Be kind to servers, assistants, helpers, housekeepers. That way you won’t get spit in your water and your parents will be proud that they didn’t raise an awful human being.

Save as much as you can $$. 25 to 50 are your money making years. Don’t buy shit you really don’t need. Leave your phone at home a couple days a week. Listen more talk less. Don’t waste your time with stupid people. Never trust the government. Always have an escape plan. Buy a gun but don’t tell anyone. Learn a trade. Learn how to defend yourself. Foster solid relationships.

Fuck as hard as you can and eat as deliciously as you can
