Well I was lucky in that I started with a co-founder. Maybe that partnership is the way to start rather than thinking employee. First hire was just a feeling of momentum. Enough pipeline and a good trend in the market. We felt that if we got someone to take some of the work we could focus on growth and keep the work coming.
