I have a CPR house rule I made that my players love. It gives them a chance to save people in desperate situations. Plus you may not always want to dump materials on NPCs even when you love them. In a world of magic and fantasy, ain’t no way someone hasn’t figured out how to do CPR 😂

Biggest one is critical hits. We do max damage plus a roll of the dice. I started doing this after critting on three of four scorching ray beams, yet the one non crit did more damage because I rolled all ones and twos for the critical dice
