I love your approach here. I’m only 4’10”, so I learned that I need to exercise to enjoy the foods I love. I have been maintaining my weight at 100 lbs. and I run 6-7 miles indoor 6x a week, do HIIT, and lift weights 5x a week. I don’t count calories, but I eat my usually foods like half of an avocado and plain ground chicken meal then treat myself to a dessert to satisfy my sweet tooth. I stay pretty lean by exercising this routine.
