Hamas isn’t stealing the food, because the whole point is food hasn’t even gotten in-the dilemma. Israel controls the borders of Gaza and what goes in/out. So they’re preventing aid from going in-and claiming Hamas will steal it as the excuse. But how can Hamas even steal-what hasn’t gone in. And even with this logic-that’s collective punishment for the population. The aid trucks have been sitting at the borders unable to enter.
