Parents: how are we handling our children not listening? Our 4 yr old just doesn’t listen. I can ask nicely multiple times and then I get frustrated. We have severely limited screen time or non at all (we are trying a reward system but not working). If we put her in her room she will come out and if we try to get her back in she laughs. At our wits end! She does listen great for literally everyone else!

3 個月內	Pam Tharp Olmstead kevnpam1999	I think you are doing a great job by limiting screen time, spending time with her, and the fact that you are concerned that she isn’t listening is wonderful!! Keep up the great work! She is four and she is learning to voice her opinion. She will do that with the people she knows love her and I believe you are doing fine, especially because she listens to everyone else. Hang in there. Parenting is a tough job! It is also the greatest job (mine is the second - teaching)!
