Try psychology today, it’s a listing of therapists. Find a few you like the look/sound of and arrange a call with them. Many give a free short call so you can work out if you will work well together. Alternatively look on governing bodies registers and do the same. Here in UK it’s UKCP & BACP. Shop around, found out what qualifications and additional training they have done. Good luck
