D.C. has a population of 712,000. Vermont has a population of 623,000. Wyoming has a population of 578,000. D.C. is 45% Black. Vermont is 1.4% Black. Wyoming is 1.3% Black. Denying DCStatehood is just another attempt by Republicans to suppress the Black vote in this country.
