Going to have to strongly challenge this notion. Corporate America is neither lean or efficient. AI is being pushed because corporate thinks it means that they don't have to rely on certain employees anymore. Less employees means less money paid out, which looks better to stock holders, which gets higher bonuses for senior leadership. It is not for force multiplication. It's short sighted decision making like always.
