I think it’s okay that tipping culture exists. Cause some people who go out in the work force with no customer service experience need to learn how to be nice and treat people kindly. In the service industry you know you have to be accommodating to people or they won’t tip you. If tipping didn’t exist, we’d probably get crappy service and people who don’t care about their customers and still get paid well. Which is what I’m seeing now at places that already include the 18% on the bill.
