If you are having a rough start in the morning you got 2 choices…A) brush it off and start the things that you can start for the mean time or B) say fk it and let the day be a relaxed day
Either choice is fine til a certain point. But ask yourself…did you do anything today that will get you closer to your goals tomorrow? Is or are there things that need to be done? Is today one of those days you really should take a step back and just re-evaluate? Can we avoid another rough start? 🙏🏽🔥
