I feel you and I’m sorry you are going through this. I stopped my depression meds awhile ago because they weren’t helping. Then I started having panic attacks in July because my anxiety has been getting progressively worse. My doctor put me on new meds in August and they seem to be helping. I hope you are able to get some help/solace.
