3) Last one, I use a lot of supplements with my Vyvanse. Different magnesium, mushrooms, fish oil, gut health, all of it. It seriously helps. Plus having a healthier diet is also key here. We tend to reach for the quick and easy snacks but having high protein and healthy fats is a lot more supportive to our brains when dealing with ADHD. Doesn't mean you can't have those pizza rolls, just try to add in some better food in the mix. 3/3
