Ran my 7th Sub 20 of The year so far, at Widnes this morning, finishing 4th / 431 Age graded effort and was 28th home. Not bad after a Bottle of 12% last night 🍷. I am really pleased at where my running seems to be going right now😊👌. Well done everyone who ran here & elsewhere this morning😊👌🏃
