Insane because my caucasian neighbour did the same to me when i first moved in. I found out that the black man next door she had done the same exact thing to him. I called the leasing office and gave them my schedule and told them i want a time stamp of when she calls and I can prove i am not home. She is a dirty and miserable karen! She finally stopped when she realized i was documenting and writing back to the leasing office.
