Sounds like my UPSTAIRS neighbor . My children and I moved in September 30th , this woman starts spazzing about PORCH LIGHTS when I barely was here a full week then threatening me and eavesdropping into my house . Now all she does is stomping around and move heavy ass shit around at the oddest hours , blasting her speaker after 10 , etc . I think it's because she doesn't want anyone living below her but the landlord served her with an eviction notice Bc this ain't the first time🤣
