Sixteen years ago today was the first day I didn't smoke a cigarette in about 40 years. Don't ever think you can't totally change your life. Even if you can only manage one minute at a time.

2 天內	Carol Furchner furrealpaw	Wonderful! Congratulations! 45 years ago I spent the day with an unopened pack of cigarettes in my purse, talking myself into waiting just another 5 minutes before opening it. The next day was a bit easier. I carried that unopened pack around for at least a year.
