Corporate culture really is psychologically toxic for Black women. It’s even worse for autistic Black women, because on top of anti-Black racism, there’s unchecked ableism via micro aggressions. One micro aggression is like the physical experience of a paper cut - emotionally. Now imagine having 1,000s of paper cuts over the course of a few years. Decades. That’s how cPTSD is created: many micro aggressions over an extended span of time.
