I agree. Sometimes as a therapist I do fake being calm even when I am struggling with something as my client needs me to hold their space with that grounding and understanding. It is about them and not me. Strangely enough, their learnings, insights and healing during the sessions makes me feel better too. So what if the sessions with therapists and coaches are for mutual learning and evolving rather than a one way street of advising and counselling?
