Ngl, we women have got to stop sleeping with people we barely know. That man got exactly what he wanted for those four days, knowing he could walk right out and never be heard from again. There was no incentive for him to respect anything in a four day “relationship”. Hell, do we even know everything he said was true?

The tendency is to shame ourselves when we get abandoned by the other person but the key is catching/observing the pattern as it happens.
