I've been wanting to lose 10kg for about 4 years, but I have anxiety and can't stop eating, whether I'm hungry or not—I'm always eating! Any tips? I would also appreciate advice for weight loss. 🙄😕

Only you can choose your food. If I eat any chocolate at all it’s a frozen chocolate Greek Yogurt Yssso Bar at 100 calories. I make protein shakes with fruit and vegetables and Orgain organic protein powder and protein bars I use to carry in a cooler in my car when I worked. I exercise daily even if just Wall Pilates and a 5 mile walk on the beach. The exercise will help with your anxiety. I never eat fast food and in restaurants eat spinach salads. I only drink water. When you are facing too stress you tend to eat more. Try to do meditation on a daily basis. Breathing exercise to do daily. Running , walking , cycling and jogging to do every day. Do not over eat your food.
