DAY 14🧲IF+CD BREKAFAST: Roasted potato +lettuce+shitake+egg+black coffee Snack: long black coffee with no sugar Lunch: Rice+tomyam soup+mango fish+egg risau kan tgok lunch kita.. tapi kita ada activity and did burn all the calories intake also hehehe😌. Today timbang no increase but decrease 0.5💡 dietIsfun 🧲
