One comment that stands out is "her attitude shouldn't change a good person from doing good" It hit me right super hard as I was starting to agree that the tone of the note would somehow justify not giving this woman any grace. Sometimes we fall into this mob mentality, but it's great to know one different perspective cang snapnus out of it.
