One of the biggest things I do is create choices that have significant consequences
These challenges force characters to confront their values and beliefs
This type of game isn’t for everyone.
To do so I do a bit of planning:
- come up with the choice
- create conflicting forces (eg factions, NPCs, beliefs, etc)
- create lists of clues
The players show up to the choice with insights from all the clues.
What’s left is deciding which are most important to them
