Nope, game deserved that hate because it ran atrociously. Like not even on a “it’s on the Switch” performance level, on a “they didn’t try to optimize this at all” type of way. That’s on the devs. It’s one of the worst running major titles on the Switch by far. Game does slap when you emulate it though. It’s still Arceus > Sw/Sh > Lets Go > S/V for the Switch generation of Pokemon games though. S/V could’ve been the best if someone actually optimized the games.
