If it's alcohol just remember that you can scratch the itch with nonalcoholic beers. If it's something else or everything, you got this!! Set goals and stick to them 💪

I can’t say that I know what you are going through because I don’t but find yourself a good support system, go to meetings, get a sponsor, if you don’t go to church, start. Put only positive people in your life and toss the rest. God bless you!!
