It starts with a deep cranial massage, I prepare my tris, bis, lies and emotional ties before taking decaffeinated pre workout. Once I've watched approximately 2 hours and 32 minutes of hunky hunklords flexing I transition to my royalty free music playlist set-up. Once the perfect copyright free songs have been aligned for maximum guilt free listening pleasure I walk to my local gym in my most comfortable denim jeans and dress shirt ready for worship at the church of iron.
