I am a seasoned international traveler but I still get anxious and I HATE packing. So I make a list of all the things I have to take and pack.
I mentally go over each day and visualize what I am going to do, eat, weather etc. I am always worried I am going to forget something so having the list and visualizing helps me feel prepared. But at the end I tell myself, I am as prepared I can be..now just go have fun 😊
