Breaking point was when people started getting laid off and we were working one week at a time I realized the weeks I was off I felt better and the week I would work the manager would get everybody in a bad mood and that’s when I realized.im done.

I was asked to train yung magiging head namin. For the time na walang naghahandle ng team, ako yung tumayong head, ni hind nai delegate yung trbho sa ibang head, sakin inasa kase ako ang senior sa dept. The least they can do is to offer me the job I was working for almost 3 months. Tapos biglang maghahire na dw ng head at tulungan ko dw kung sino man yung mahahire. The audacity. Matik resign walang render.

Hindi ka na excited pumasok, naiirita ka na sa mga taong nakikita mo sa opisina, di ka na efficient

Workload is too much to handle which I felt it does not compensate my pay, even if I asked for an increase. It’s still a mismatch. Plus, you have to be always available for a Zoom call in case the boss calls. This is my longest job hahaha and yet the most stressful. Now, I am at peace ✅ better pay and generous boss ✅flexi schedule Don’t let your job be your life. ✨🥰

My anxiety was always on high, my mental health matters more than a lousy job who pays you like crap

5 years with the same position kahit ginagalingan naman, gusto ko pa man din sana yung ginagawa ko. Tsaka antagal ng pangarap kong 8 hours lang sana na work. Manufacturing kasi kaya minsan up to 13 hours ang trabaho tapos one day off lang.

The boss was playing favorites. His favorite person fucked up and lost the deal that I worked until morning trying to pull off. All that my boss had to say was “Oh! I’ve scolded him already”

Crying after work, shouting like hell inside the car, can’t sleep through the night…
