To everyone working the beauty salon & spa industry, I'm unsure how you actually feel when you chat with your customers, but just know that these random chats meant a lot to me. Some days I couldn't even get myself to go out and talk to people, but I still went to the appointments cause I didn't want to cancel last minute.
